Making Our Days Brighter

December’s Newsletter — I

It has been a delight seeing all of our wonderful writers making their way to the world of words. We have all been blessed with great support from Medium and its writers, so I would like to thank each one of you.

We are humbly putting our tales out there in our efforts to make our days just a little brighter, just a little warmer. We share experiences, thoughts, and tales sourced from our hearts. Highlighting some of this week’s best tales we call for your support and the chance to let us be heard.

And we have an announcement: new spicy things are coming up here at Lit Up. Writing prompts are joining the mad party of our writing routine to give us a little creative push.

The prompts will always start at the beginning of each month, and will run until the 15th. After the 15th, entries will be closed and the tales will be featured on Lit Up’s Writing Prompts tab.

This month’s prompt is already running, the theme is “Secrets” and the word limit is 1000.

To join: If you’re a writer for Lit Up simply submit your story adding a subtitle “Lit Up’s December Prompt”. If you’re not a writer for Lit Up yet, comment your username under this post, and once I’ve added you, you can follow the same process.
