The breakers

How many times have you quitted from something you even neither started?, It happens, this is the real world and sometimes, we call them dreams. Why do we call them dreams? from my perspective it is because those dreams look to far for reaching them even more, impossible. I translate this in hard work and effort, a thing that in this technologic space seems to be uncertain and slow.

So, allow me to make the next question, why do some people fight and work for their dreams and others don’t? breakers, translated into fear and regrets, one from the future, one from the past, the common thing is that both stop you from doing something worthed for you.

Is it possible to make what seems impossible something physic and real? absolutely. There are values and resources in each of us, whose help us to do it, naming a few of them, bravery, determination, confidence in yourself, pure desire of what you aim and more.

Leaving apart the whole romantic thing about dreams, what constrain us from reach them apart of the two main breakers? present breakers, perfection, additional requirements, the right moment as I mentioned in the last post about “moments

What exactly happen here is the next. We have breakers, at least if you are human you do, as I do, like everyone.

How do we get rid of them?, Start gradually. Step by step, doing Micro-Changes, (small changes) e.g: a water glass everymorning, just that, in case you wish to be more hydratated. Then apply this concept in other area of your life, like reading a book, if this is hard for you, start with a couple of pages daily, or if you want to run a race, start with training, running 5 minutes one week, 10 minutes the next week and then more…thus you will be close to your goal or in better condition for it.

Remember, a micro-change is just one of the steps in a big change.

Everything takes time, so be patient, because you could get stressed implementing too many micro-changes, these are micro and not macro-changes. To fix lots of micro-changes will make you lose your focus.

On time, all your work and effort will take you far, and you’ll be able of taking more micro-changes aiming other goals.
