Getting To The Flow State

When you poke a hole in a huge dam, the water bursts through in one magnificent gust. It’s the same with our creative potential. Maybe we have a lot of creativity inside us, waiting to come to the surface, but for whatever reason we’re all blocked up and cannot seem to do anything. And then, most of the time when we least expect it, the blockage clears.

That’s exactly when we need to push the pedal to the metal and go all in. After all, there’s no telling how long this moment in the sun will last. Most people are so afraid of losing the momentum that they end up doing nothing at all. It’s simple, when creativity is unleashed within us, we have to go with the flow and make the most of it.

That’s also how we can prolong that moment in the sun. When we realize that our blockages are all mental, and that we consciously can decide to unblock our self, that’s game over. That’s when we start executing on a higher level without anybody hindering us anymore. In fact, in that state, everything just helps you forward.

The ancient sages used to call that state of being ‘the graceful state’. These days we call it the ‘flow state’. Whatever the words we’re using for it, we should realize that it’s definitely real. And like everything in this experience, tapping into the flow state is a skill that can be learned. Like all skills, it’s all about putting in that rep every single day.

We shouldn’t think of this experience as a given. There’s always a higher level to execute on but the most important thing is that we have the drive to go there. Remember, the universe is always perfects and will give us exactly what we need.

We just have to learn to manifest our needs.
