Langit bukan sekadar warna

Ada gemuruh dan gelut yang hebat

Bukan lagi semilir, tak seindah yang kau dapat

Dia jauh semakin jauh tak ada puncak

Dia bukan gumpalan besar yang ringan

Mengelilingi Jakarta meresapi setiap abu

Terseok di setiap sudutnya

Kalau tersibak, ada pesona yang semakit melekat

Pesona yang gelap

Kota kepalang penat,

Tapi mengapa langit tak kunjung membiru

Tak apalah pun sekadar warna, setidaknya tak kelabu
