You can also create your own Challenges (job-simulations) in order to get an accurate evaluation of your candidates. Once candidates complete the Challenge, they can be tracked and ranked directly through our assessment platform. Having applicants complete a job-simulation saves time and money, and most importantly, prevents miss hires. Once you understand the real skills of your candidates and their motivation, decisions are data driven and recruiting bias are removed. This makes it clear as to which candidates to focus on. It’s as easy as that!

Don’t worry, even though realistic job-simulations are a more accurate representation of the candidates, you can still review their CVs and reference their past experiences.
